Support Request: SiteKiosk supports for multi-domains infrastructure

Description

Dear Team,

Does SiteKiosk supports multi-domains infrastructure if the trust between different domains are in place?

eg: Domain-A
SiteRemote Server
Kiosk Clients (Windows)

Domain-B
Kiosk Clients (windows)

Is the above scenario supported? Will I be able to manage clients from Domain-B using the remoteadmin server from Domain-A?

Hello,

Generally this is not relevant for using SiteKiosk with SiteRemote.

Just make sure the client System (SiteKiosk) can access the SiteRemote Server (URL) via Port 8086 as the communication between the machine and the SiteRemote server is encrypted via port 8086 and established by means of TCP.

Thanks for the prompt feedback.

I understood that SiteRemote Server URL accessibility with client System (SiteKiosk).
With this, will I be able to manage/Administer my SiteKiosk w.r.t to configuration change, content management, etc?

Regards,
Manish
