We will not receive that message when you run your own SiteRemote Server. Generally, the e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address that is configured on the Settings page of the SiteRemote Administration.

This error can occur if you are working with data on the web page has changed and you still work with old data from the cache e.g. another team member has removed a machine and you click on that machine in the tree view because it is still displayed in your session e.g. you were logged out from the session in the background (default timeout 20 minutes without any activity) and then click somewhere in the web page.

Usually a reload of the website is enough to fix the problem.

If that does not help these types of errors are stored in the Windows event log as well as in the SiteRemote log. What are you seeing there?
