Support Request: SiteKiosk keeps reloading

Description

Getting this error “Sitekiosk was not able to start properly a few times in a row, therefrore you see the emergency screen”.
Have been checking over the device which is a Samsung Tab S6 Lite (SM-P610), and it looks like this is specific to these 2 newer devices.
They are enrolled in Airwatch MDM, and site kiosk is deployed to the device via the APK, which is different to the rest of the fleet (the rest had the app from the app store). I have factory rest and re-enrolled these devices, and the error is still showing.
The config is from the initial deployment of devices.

The logs are not helpful, here is an excerpt:

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Android 10 is currently not supported. I had tested your configuration file on another Samsung device (SM-T510) and I was able to run without issue. The cause might be the Android variation on that device. Have you tested a direct APK download from our site? - https://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=185 There are no known issues with using MDM's for APK deployment. I am checking if either sources would make a difference for you. A lot of vendors make individual changes to the Android operating system they put on their devices. These changes can have a big impact on performance and stability. Hello, You're welcome. Support for Android 10 is in the works. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ETA as yet. Please be mindful, the successful use of SiteKiosk Android depends solely on the device and its features. Best regards, Andre.

Are there any known problem features on specifically Samsung tablets? I'm happy to disable everything possible to get this working.

Hello, There have not been much feedback on those devices. Some Elo devices are special made and launching or installing SiteKiosk might be difficult. Each model is different or has a different Android system variation. Generally, as long as you can install SiteKiosk, follow the prompts to allow access to all necessary privileges and run SiteKiosk successfully, then it means SiteKiosk is stable on that device.
