SiteKiosk:
Bug Fix for critical error
On kiosk machines with SiteKiosk versions earlier than 8.7 under Windows 7, the system will in most cases become unusable after Internet Explorer 10 is installed. The affected SiteKiosk versions are 7.1 - 8.6. Any Windows 7 computers that have automatic updates enabled will be affected because Internet Explorer 10 is installed automatically as part of Windows updates.
All software resellers are strongly encouraged to forward this information to the operators of the kiosks. PROVISIO has no information about the end user and therefore cannot directly inform them!

Description
I am using the Win7IE8 skin and DownloadManager is configured to allow the download of DOC, XLS, and PPT files.
If the screensaver activates while any of the viewers are open they are not closed.
We find this behavior inconsistent and incovenient.
Is this by design? Why are these windows ignored?

I forgot to mention that DownloadManager is configured to allow the download of the mentioned file types and then launch the appropriate viewer.

Did you add these programs to the Applications list in SiteKiosk? If they are not added to this list SiteKiosk will not close them.

No - we did not add the viewers to the configuration because we do not want them to show on the list of available programs.
There is no other way to make sure these close when the screensaver activates?
I have also determined through additional testing that these viewers remain active even after a call to "SiteKiosk.Reset();"
We are finding this very inconvenient and inconsistent behavior.
