Support Request: IP addresses permitted by SiteRemote

Description

Hi there.
Port 5091 is blocked by default in our organization. We cannot simply allow access to this port due to the use of VNC viewer and vulnerabilities it possesses.

The networks team here are requesting if you have a small number of IP addresses to communicate with or a hostname instead?

is there anyway around this?

Hello,

With the repeater version you can just open the required ports to www.siteremote.net
The IP of www.siteremote.net is 62.138.246.228 (nslookup).
But note that in this case the RDP connection data will be counted as traffic volume in your team.
