I keep getting an error with 0x7FF3FFFB DNS ERROR.

I have attached the screendump.

What can I do ?

Hello,

Generally SiteKiosk 8.x is out of support. But as the message stats a DNS error you should / need to check the network connection on Windows.

Hi

When I close the sitekiosk and use internet explorer to same webshow/payment i the same machine, i get through to the payment.

I notice, that when i ping payment.architrade.com, it is redirected to payment1.architrade.com.

Even though i have given allowed to the url both (payment.architrade.com and payment1.architrade.com), i still get the error.

Hello,

As a DNS error does not apply to the Surfing Area settings you may check if it works in SiteKiosk when starting in “Run once” mode (in the same user account where it works without SiteKiosk).

If necessary you can also disable the SiteKiosk error page to see the IE error page.

Otherwise:
When the URL will be blocked by your Surfing Area settings you will have entries like this in the log:
[SiteKiosk] Notification: According to the surf area rules the navigation to XYZ was canceled.

Then you need to check the Surfing Area settings:
