Re: Having the attached issue 7/16/2018 12:57 PM
Hello,

The attached screenshot shows an error message that is forwarded from the web page code (the “Stripe.js” script in the web page).

It might be that there was an issue with the network connection at that time (like the error message states) or that the kiosk user has send the information twice by clicking again on the button “…Direct Debit”?
But if it happens every time when using that page you may check if it works properly in Internet Explorer outside of SiteKiosk and if there is a difference when starting SiteKiosk in “Run once” mode (just for testing purposes).
You may also check the SiteKiosk log (..\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) at the time span the problem occoured.

Please note that older SiteKiosk versions (actual version is 9.6) are out of support.

It works fine on all other platforms and apps,

How do I get into this system as it Auto logs into our membership software,

Hello,

You need to check it on the system where the error is displayed in SiteKiosk. Please consider that the error message is not from SiteKiosk but forwarded form the web page.

You can exit SiteKiosk and disable the “Auto Start” mode when you select “Log off user (disable start settings)” in the Exit dialog box, which appears after you enter the configured key combination and the correct password.

Hello,

In regards to your description it seems you need help to exit SiteKiosk.

In that case please see this FAQ:
https://www.provisio.com/en-GB/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=364

Otherwise you may contact the person who has installed & configured SiteKiosk on that Windows system.

Provisio is a software development company and we do not produce, sell, install or configure kiosk terminals on site.
