Support Request: Unable to open adobe files

Description

I have added the URL to where the list of files is but when I click on one of those files it is supposed to open an adobe file with the information. What it does is give me a pop up that says it is blocked. Where else do I need to add this in order to make it work?

If the pdf is downloading, you would need to make sure you have enabled downloads in the configuration by going to files and downloads.

I do not think it downloads it, it is supposed to open the PDF only. It is a statement of accounts.

send your logfiles and config file to adams(at)provisio.com with steps to replicate your issue if possible.

Interestingly enough the second PC I have Sitekiosk running allows for the PDFs to load and the file and downloads section is not enabled. What do I need to copy from this PC that allows the PDFs to the other one? Thanks.

You could try copying the config file from the one that operates as desired. Just navigate to program filesx86/sitekiosk/config and move that to the same file path on the other computer
