Support Request: Sitekiosk upgrade no longer supporting content filter

Description

We recently purchased an upgrade for one of our sites and have now installed it. However the machine is now reporting that content filtering is not supported with this license.

The original license was a SiteSiosk Plus license and I couldn't see anything in the literature that regarding the upgrade reverting to a basic license
