Support Request: How to questions

Description

Hello. I have installed the trial version of SiteKiosk for Windows. If this does everything I need, there will be an order of 20 for Windows and 15 for Android. Can you pleased answer a few questions?
1. How do I add Microsoft Applications that don't have an executable file? Example: Windows 10 mail and calendar.
2. Is there a way to allow the kiosk user to be able to have access to the WiFi settings to add WiFi to the laptop?
3. Is there a way to allow the kiosk user to be able to install a USB or Network printer?

Thank you

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry and choosing SiteKiosk. You can find the answers below:

1. Apps found in the Microsoft Store are called Windows 10 UWP apps. You can use a workaround to start it with SiteKiosk. Further information can be found in the Readme.txt file in the folder ..\SiteKiosk\UWP with newer SiteKiosk version installation. There is no guarantee that this will work with all. See also:

2. Yes there is an app available for use but you will receive the instructions to your email address shortly. You will treat it as an external application. By default listed applications can be launched from the SiteKiosK Start Menu (taskbar) or added to Start Screen via Application element or to Browser Toolbar via custom button.

3. SiteKiosk uses your current Windows default printer. Your printer must be installed locally (USB or TCP/IP [Network]). See more from our Printer Setup page in our Help File - https://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?setup_printer.htm

External Applications will use the default Windows Print dialogue box and will not print from SiteKiosk.

Best regards,
Andre.

I would also like this "app" to allow users access to WIFI (as in question/answer #2). Could you please also send me this information? Thank you
