Support Request: License not activated

Can you please check the status on license [Removed by Administrator; Please refrain from posting account information to general public].
My extra disk space seems to be lost. (or disabled perhaps)

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can check your disk space under >Administration >Licensing. You can see your available disk space under "Disk Space Usage". A standard SiteRemote account comes with 1 GB but your account currently has 6 GB. The license key itself will not show as active since the disk space has already been added and does not expire. For any further licensing questions, please email sales-europe(at)provisio.com. Please allow 2 business days for a reply due to this weekend.

Yes I can see that, but SiteCaster keeps mentioning "You cannot create new projects because of insufficient available memory"

The admin screens shows a usage 18Mb of 5,86Gb

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. At this moment, SiteCaster disk space and the SiteRemote Team disk space are separate. You will need to delete any old projects or remove any large media files.
