Support Request: Can't print an online form.

Hello, I'm having troubles printing an online form. Please help!

Are you receiving any specific errors?
Are you able to print without issue in from Internet Explorer (outside of SiteKiosk)?

You should ensure that you are able to print from both your Administrator Account and the SiteKiosk Restricted User Account:

Note that the IE settings are user account dependent, so make sure to make these settings within the IE of the SiteKiosk Restricted User are checked also. If the website works in Start Once mode and not Auto start, then see below link for steps to changing User Account dependent

It doesn't print on any user. It prints only when I don't use Sitekiosk.

The application launches passportwizardmain.aspx to fill the online form and at the end of the process It downloads a file called passportcomplete.pdf (this in the real world...)

With Sitekiosk I can fill the form but when I click the button to create the form it downloads passportwizardmain.aspx with File Manager without opening the pdf form.
