Support Request: Unable to open PDF in Kiosk mode 103:103 error

Description

Windows 7 32bit, Adobe Reader XI, IE 11, SiteKiosk version 8.9.2821

I'm able to open a pdf when not in kiosk mode using the Adobe PDF Reader plugin in IE 11 without any issues.
This is my pdf "http://www.kern.courts.ca.gov/pdf/PolicyProcedure/ViewCopyPublicRecords.pdf"

When I open the same pdf or any other when in the kiosk mode I get "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (103:103)", or no error, but after a while the pdf's window will close and the kiosk mode freezes up and requires a power off to release.

I've tried the "http://www.provisio.com/Download/brochures/sitekiosk-en.pdf " pdf, and still the same issue. I also completed reloaded windows 7 on this pc, and same issues?

Does the same thing happen in Start Once mode as in Autostart mode? If so this is a user account specific issue related to Adobe.
Here the information how to resolve the issue. In this case, if you are running in normal Autostart mode, you will need to make the setting under the Windows SiteKiosk user account.
