I don't know what version is on the tablet. We have a Samsung Galaxy TAB A is not connecting to the internet. I am unable to close the page that displays this information. I have rebooted the tablet and reach the same page. The Samsung colorful opening page appears, but this page quickly overrides it.

Thank you for sending an inquiry. You will need to exit SiteKiosk Android in order to make any changes to your internet connection. There are two ways to exit: You can draw a big U touching all four corners of the screen or press the home button repeatedly six times. You will need to select the Quit option to go back to your devices home screen. If you have forgotten your password, see part 1 in the link above.
