Support Request: Issue Complete an Online Application

Description

I have an issue with the Site Kiosk pcs not allowing customers to complete the garden waste online application.

They go to www.brent.gov.uk/gardenwaste
Select “Sign up online now”
Input Postcode and click on Find Address

Once the addresses appear we are not able to make a selection in order to complete the online application.

This works fine outside of site kiosk. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Log file attached offers no clue.

Hello,

Did you check it outside of SiteKiosk with using the Internet Explorer on the system?

If not please first verify that it work in Internet Explorer on the system you use SiteKiosk.

If it works in IE you can try to deactivate SiteKiosk in the user agent header. To do this, open the SiteKiosk configuration tool and go to >Basic >Start Page & Browser. Click the Advanced button and uncheck the box labeled 'Add "SiteKiosk" to user agent header'.

If it is still not working please provide the information which IE version is installed on that system and a example postal code for testing this here.
