Support Request: License Transfer from Dead Maching

Description

Hi,

We recently bought two licenses for two Asus TF100's which we had installed in a customers premises. However, one of the laptops completely "died" and has been returned to the supplier and a replacement provided.

Obviously we were unable to uninstall the Kiosk software on this machine and we would like to use the same license on the replacement machine.

Can you tell me how we go about this please?

Hello,

As SiteKiosk is not running anymore on the old devices just download & install it again and use the license to register SiteKiosk again.
