Support Request: Revoke License

Dear Support,

Have an issue. I have 6 licenses. One license I activated on wrong terminal. Can I revoke this license to re-activate it on right terminal?

Hello,

Just uninstall SiteKiosk completely from the first machine (-->Windows Software menu-->Change-->Remove SiteKiosk-->enable the option to remove SiteKiosk completely) to remove the license.

Alternatively you can delete the license information from the Windows registry:
The license information will be stored in the Windows Registry at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PROVISIO\SiteKiosk
(x64 Systems 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\PROVISIO\SiteKiosk').
Look for the entries 'licensee' and 'signature'
