Support Request: Unable to activate license in siteremote portal or on client

Description

Hi there, I have a brand new license for 3 seats of sitekiosk basic and cannot get the license to activate. I have tried both putting the code into the siteremote admin>licensing section and tried on the client using both the name and code from the registration information. Am I doing something wrong?? I did not include the quotes and the message I get back is that the license is not valid... Please assist urgently as I really need to get these done this weekend before I leave the Remote Island I am on setting these up... :-/

SiteKiosk and SiteRemote licenses are purchased separately. SiteRemote requires a different license key from SiteKiosk. SiteKiosk is the software that gets installed on the locked down public computer. SiteRemote is the remote management tool that is used through a browser to manage your SiteKiosk clients. SiteRemote Cloud licenses have 4 sets of 6 letters/numbers. SiteKiosk licenses have 5 sets of 5 letters and numbers in addition to a license name. You can enter the SiteRemote Cloud license from any computer with a browser and internet connection. If you SiteKiosk client machine is connected to SiteRemote, you can also send the SiteKiosk license out to the public computer through SiteRemote.
