Support Request: Calendar pop-up

Description

HI,

I Have some troubles with a website who doesn't show calendar pop-up when I try to make reservation on sitekiosk.

Website problem : https://www.greyhound.ca/

I added this url on the white list but same issue.

Hope you can help me to solve it. If you need more details just tell me.

Do you have the most current version of SiteKiosk installed?
Is the behavior the same in Start Once and AutoStart mode?

Please ensure that you download the most current version by clicking on the "Downloads" tab above then click on SiteKiosk Windows. I am able to see the calendar pop -up to make a reservation on the Grey hound website just as is displayed in the Internet Explorer.


Prior to downloading SiteKiosk please make sure that you have installed and configured
• Available Windows updates
• Other required software products such as Adobe Reader, Flash, etc and updates
• Printers/drivers are set as default. Make sure you can print from Internet Explorer as a test.

Hi,

I Have version 8.91 build 3042

I updated Windows, Java, flash player same issue

It works well under windows but not under sitekiosk...

In the log file there is an error :
