Support Request: Question about siteremote package

Description

I have some question about SiteRemote Cloud – 25 GB Traffic Package and SiteRemote Cloud – 5 GB Disk Space Package.
1. For both package it pay once. Or every year?
2. How about Traffic Package. If I don't buy it how large of traffic can I use. If I but 25GB traffic package, How long can I use it. additional 25GB per month or per year?

If you purchase those additional storage and traffic packages they do not expire after a certain time period. The traffic package will remain active until either the traffic is used up or the account is closed. The disk space will remain active until the account is closed. Accounts are closed automatically if you SiteRemote Cloud Annual Plan licenses are expired for more than a couple of months.
