Support Request: Sitekiosk machine can't register to server

Description

I have installed a sitekiosk machine and a siteremote server. Both machines are running fine, but i can't register the sitekiosk machine to the server. I checked and the server is accessible from the kiosk: using https://Servername/Administration/ in internet explorer the administration page works. But when i try to register sitekiosk i obtain the following error: "Could not establish connection to the server". I need some advise on this problem.

Hello,

Provided that the server runs properly and you created a team for registering the client(s) you should make sure that the required ports are not blocked by any firewall between client and server.

The main port is 8086 (client out / server in).

Hello,

Thanks for your quick reply. The siteremote server currently is the trial version, so I can't create new teams; we need to test the connection before we purchase the full license. I checked and the port 8086 is open in the local network (the kiosk is not currently connected to internet). Is there anything else I can try?

Hello,

You also can and need to create a new team with the trial version but need to upland a trial license before that you need to request by sending the public key file.
