Support Request: keyboard issue

Description

we created our own keyboard for our application and when we redirect customer to bank's payment page, we need your keyboard. We configured sitekiosk to disable keyboard on our application based on domain name. this setting works sometime. but sometime the keyboard appears as you see in the attachment.

Just to be clear, the SiteKiosk keyboard should appear to allow typing on any other application or web page aside from the web page you specified. Is that correct? Can you confirm that when you say your application, you are referring to your web page? There was no attachment. Please send a copy of your SiteKiosk config file and the attachment to ward(at)provisio.com.
