Support Request: Office 365 Activation Issue

Description

When we set up our Windows 10 computers with SiteKiosk, we are sure to sign in and activate our Office 365 license from the main computer profile; however, the sign in does not seem to transfer over to these programs once the kiosk logs in to its profile. When logged in under the SiteKiosk profile programs such as Word and Excel are disabled because they are not signed into or activated. What would we need to do to make these programs operable?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. What you have described seemed that the activation did not happen due to restrictions placed on the SiteKiosk user. You could unprotect the restricted user and register your 365 Office program for that user through the System Security Manager application. Please remember to log off each account and to re-protect that restricted user.
