March 20, 2007. The next couple of months will see the construction of the new headquarters of PROVISIO GmbH. The internationally operating software developer will also create new jobs at its new location. Starting in January 2008, a new beautifully designed building in Muenster’s Austermannstraße will provide office space for the 25 employees. PROVISIO is investing approx. 2 M Euros in its new company headquarters, which will sit on an impressive property of 4,100 sqm.

PROVISIO GmbH chose this location because of its close proximity to its present headquarters, which are housed on a rented floor in Corrensstraße, and because it is conveniently located close to Muenster’s University and only a short distance away from the Highway and the Muenster-Osnabrueck Airport.

“We decided in favor of a new building because our old location with its approx. 280 sqm is bursting at the seams. As we have already created five more jobs over the past six months and plan on increasing our staff even further, the new building will give us room to grow. During the first stage of the construction, there will be office space for up to 45 employees,” explained the two executive partners of PROVISIO GmbH, Christoph Niehus and Andreas Köpf.

In charge of the overall planning for the new construction projects is the co-owned Heyen and Lippross development limited liability corporation from Muenster. The architecture of the PROVISIO building distinguishes itself by its clearly defined shapes and structures and, in particular, by its distinctive metal facade and generous glass surfaces. With its 730 sqm of usable net space, the first stage of construction allows for flexible and variable office setups that are able to accommodate additional staff even at short notice.
