PayPal – payment by credit card
- The MyPublicHotSpot application now also supports payment using PayPal. This allows your customers to use their PayPal account to, for example, pay by credit card.
“Free access” by password
- You now have the option of setting a password in the configuration in order to make your WiFi network available for free access. This password can then be passed on to selected customers/guests. The terms of use must be accepted before the password can be entered.
User accounts
- MyPublicHotSpot user accounts work exactly the same as user accounts in SiteCafe.
Free Web sites
- Set up specific URLs for free access. Visiting these Web sites will then be free (e. g. visits to your homepage) while other Web sites will be subject to a charge.
Log files
- MyPublicHotSpot now stores all user activity in a log file. This will allow you to trace all URLs visited by your users.
Usage fee
- You can now easily set up usage fees for MyPublicHotSpot using the configuration tool.
Includes update 2.5.1: Fixes the backup when updating from version 2.1 or a beta version.

- Export and print Statistics
Now it is possible to export all statistics to an xml file. This enables you to load the xml file within a browser (e.g. IE) and to print them out.
- User Statistics
According to a law called Act 155, which was passed in Italy in 2005, special provisions apply for the use of the Internet. Operators of public access Internet terminals are obliged to gather personal data from every user and to register and store this information with a separate register (Registro per la registrazione degli accessi ad internet).
Now SiteCafe makes it easy to comply with these legal requirements for Italy. The button "User Login Stats" creates a mandatory register of Internet users and enables you to store and to print this information via the Export function.
Cette version a besoin au moins de la version SiteKiosk 6.2.
- Exporter et imprimer des statistiques
Il est maintenant possible, d'exporter toutes les statistiques pour l'impression. Les fichiers .xml exportés peuvent être chargés dans l'Internet Explorer et en suite être imprimés.
- Statistiques d'utilisateurs

Nouvelle version avec Bugfixes
- SiteCafe 1.0 contentant encore quelques erreurs graves, qui apparaissaient d'ailleurs seulement sous certaines circonstances. Ces fautes ont été éliminé. En plus, des améliorations concernants la vitesse et la stabilité ont été effectué.
- SiteCafe est maintenant disponible complètement en langue allemande. anglaise, française, italienne, portugaise, espagnole, néerlandaise et turque.
- Maintenant, une page d'accueil au choix peut aussi être employée lors de l'utilisation de SiteCafe, car les utilisateurs peuvent également se connecter par le dialogue de payement.
- Sous SiteKiosk->Dispositfs de payement->SiteCafe vous pouvez définir, que des dispositfs de payement n'accepterons pas d'argent, jusqu'à ce que l'utilisateur s'aie identifié. Cette fonction est notamment intéressant pour des institutions publiques (bibliothèques).

Mode cybercafé, PIN prépayés et comptes d'utilisateur
- À cause des nombreuses demandes un module supplémentaire pour SiteCafé a été développé ces derniers mois. Ceci est livré gratuit avec le Payment Bundle est se compose d'un module serveur (SiteCafe Manager) avec base de données et d'un dispositif de payemment SiteCafe dans SiteCach. SiteCafe vous permet le déblocage et le pilotage central des vos postes.
La facturisation s'effectue en outre par les codes prépayés et/ou par les comptes d'utilisateurs avec mot de passe. Ainsi, des dispositifs de payement de sont plus forcement nécessaires. Lors de terminaux avec des dispositifs de payement branchés, comme p.ex. des vérificateurs de monnaie, les clients peuvent stocker et gérer leur crédit restant sur leur compte d'utilisateur. SiteCafe n'a pas besoin d' un ordinateur serveur spécial, mais peut être excercé avec des ordinateurs Windows normaux. Vous pouvez télécharger et tester SiteCafe Server et SiteKiosk.
