Support Request: XnView viewer launch
I am having a problem viewing documents from File Manager. I believe it has something to do with the way the file viewer (XnView Basic) is launched. Documents are launched in the viewer as they should be when the document name does not have any blanks. When blanks are present, XnView launches but does not display the document. Possibly this is occurring because the command to launch from SiteKiosk is not quoted?
For example:xnview.exe abc xyz.tif launches as xnview.exe abc? That is the behavior exhibited by XnView when I run it from a command line; runs fine when quoted, not so much when the filename is not quoted. Is there a way to have SiteKiosk launch XnView with the filename quoted?
The entry in DownloadManager.xml is <extension name='tif' download='1' open='3' application='"C:\Program Files (x86)\XnView\xnview.exe" "{0}"'/>
