Support Request: Page could not be loaded" ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

Description

I have Sitekiosk configured with chrome ( same configuration in 3 devices but one is in a different place, under other web).
windows 10.
On the last one, when i launch site kiosk at startup appear Page could not be loaded" ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND but when i start once sitekiosk everything works fine (this means that configuration is Ok).

I checked the log file but there's nothing about that error

It's like sitekiosk user has some limitation on internet.
Who has connected it to router and ethernet web says that there's no limit on that user.

What could it be?

Hello,

You have apparently configured a local html file as your start page that is stored in a folder to which the SiteKiosk user has no access.
It is advised to store such files at “C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Html\...”.

My start page is https://www.camminodisancristoforo.com/
Could be a problem about screen saver? Or the page when internet fails??

Hello,

When SiteKiosk cannot load the internet URL it will display a terminal offline page.
Then it seems you have configured an html file in the screen saver settings that is stored in a folder to which the SiteKiosk user has no access.
(Even as everything works in “Start once” mode)

If that doesn’t help please send you configuration “…\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg) with reference to this request via e-mail
