Support Request: Does a SiteRemote license cover SiteKiosk updates and support?

Description

We renewed our SiteRemote license recently.
It was my understanding that that covered the support and licensing for SiteKiosk to be able to update versions.

Are these separate costs?
Our licensing expired and we had a Kiosk that needed replaced. I tried using the latest build of SiteKiosk and it failed.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. The SiteRemote service requires SiteKiosk software to be installed on a device to work. The SiteRemote service is an annual subscription where as the SiteKiosk license is permanent but you are locked in to any new versions released within the 12 months after license purchase.

To clarify, SiteRemote licenses and SiteKiosk "Support and Updates" packages are separate. Prices will be different for both as well. Can you tell more on the error message you received when you tried to install the newest version?
