Support Request: Power Apps failing after reboot

Description

We are having trouble getting a Power Apps application to run consistently. We have configured it like any other web page/link and initially it will run fine. But after the kiosk PC is rebooted, for an indeterminate amount of time, the application stops working. It tries to connect and eventually reports message: This app stopped working. Try refreshing your browser.

The issue does not appear to have to have anything to do with the application not working (other users can access it before and after this report, from other non-kiosk PCs). It does not appear to be related to the user, as we can login from other non-kiosk PCs as that user, before and after this report.

Any idea why a reboot would cause this behavior?

Thank you for your inquiry. A restart should not be the cause of an app failure. It might be something else. Does this app work through the web browser as a web app?

What browser engine are you using (IE or Chrome)?

Could you try the latest SiteKiosk version? SiteKiosk 9.6 is out of support. You can find the link here (unregistered version limitation in blue box at lower end of page):
