Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. You are free to test to latest SiteKiosk Windows version on another computer before you upgrade: https://www.sitekiosk.com/software-downloads/
See our FAQ on doing an upgrade: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=24834
SiteKiosk contains a Chromium CEF Browser engine since SK 9.0 or last 7 years, you can read our Release Notes here: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-windows-version-history/
Note: Chrome Browser Plugins will not work with SiteKiosk. Most web features work as is. First, let us know what you are trying to achieve. If you must use another standard web browser as an external application (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge), you will need to follow steps here in this FAQ to make an exception: https://www.sitekiosk.com/web/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=25533
Additional note to that: Using external browsers in SiteKiosk will allow users to bypass Surfing Area and possibly File Downloads restrictions in comparison.
Best regards,
Andre.

Hi Andre,
I can work with using external browser then. How can we do this?
Thank you

We use kiosk to join a meeting via web (8x8, similar to web meeting via zoom)
But the browser engine is not recognizing the meeting and the meeting doesnt load. It loads fine on Chrome

[Discussed over the phone, with networking and other restrictions on the Google Chrome, plugin and other extra features was used to resolve the original concerns. Closing case.]
Regards,
Andre.
