I am able to click on the link to navigate to the website. However, I receive a white screen each time. I've logged in as admin and pulled up the log and noticed script errors. Could you please assist with these and let me know what steps to take to resolve the issue? Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry. Based on the user agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko", and the SiteKiosk Classic version "8.91", it seems that you are using Internet Explorer with Windows 8.1 PC. SiteKiosk Classic version 8 is no longer supported. Also, most major browsers are using Chromium now. It could be that support for IE has been dropped for that website, hence the error.

So, without needing a license, you could test on a test computer or VM (Win 10 or 11) the latest SiteKiosk Classic version with Chrome browser available here: https://www.sitekiosk.com/software-downloads/

I've downloaded the newest version of SiteKiosk in a lab and attempted to register the license. However, I received a message stating that the registration failed. It says "the period for free updates included in your SiteKiosk license has expired." It also states that a previous version can be used. Which version would that be? The license is [Obfuscated by admin - Public Forum].

Hello,

Thank you for the update. Was the issue resolved with the newest version? This license will support SiteKiosk 9.3 and is no longer supported and the browser is too old. Ideally, you want to use Chrome Browser with the latest SiteKiosk version. License is not needed for testing. You can ignore the warnings.
