Hey guys,

We're having trouble logging into the SiteRemote webpage, we have tried using 2 accounts previously saved in lastpass which have not gone through, even trying to reset the password through the website brings up " The entered username was not found in the database or the database record didn't contain a valid email address. ". This happens with both entering the username itself & email addresses that were used with previous accounts.

Seems like we're stuck and can't really go anywhere from here, if you could get back to us that would be great & if you need anymore information from me just ask

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. This may happen if your account was not renewed, or new license had not been applied and 60 days had passed since your previous license had expired. You can create a new account with same email, and you will get 30 days for free.

SiteRemote is a service, and a lack of license will get your Team data deleted after 60 days. If you are not certain on whether your account was renewed on time, you can email our US Sales team for more info: https://www.sitekiosk.com/contact/
