I am currently using the trial version to see if we want to go to the Online version of Sitekiosk instead of the previous client that we have used for many years. I have a project but after about 5 seconds the screen goes totally white. Any suggestions?

bakin(at)cotton.org is the username that I use if that helps you take a look at my settings.

Also, could you extend the 30 day trial as I started it and then got transferred to another project before I could really get started with this Online trial? Thanks.

Upon deeper investigation, it seems to go white when you click into one of the input boxes and will stay that way for a certain period of time.

Yet another clue, the screen is staying white until the inactivity timer kick in and logs out. Then the screen appears again until you click in the name field.

Thank you for your inquiry. On the description, it sounds like you have screensaver page setup, but it is blank. Or your browser page is set to screensaver view and the real main page is blank. On your main project page, where the projects are listed, there is an "Export" button under Actions column, please download that and share the files with us at "support-america(at)sitekiosk.com" refencing this post.

In the meantime, please refresh again with these tutorial videos as it could be settings that are overlooked:

Update:

On further troubleshooting, stability was restored after completing the update to Windows 10 22H2 per user. There is a possibility this update was pending in the background. Please remember to complete all Windows updates before running SiteKiosk Online.
