Support Request: Keyboard Problem

Hello,

I'm contacting you because we can't get the keyboard to work properly.
The keyboard works for a while and then starts to flicker and does not work anymore.

Hello,
Unfortunately the current SiteKiosk version with Chrome browser skin may cause problems under certain circumstances when using the on-screen keyboard via the touchscreen.

The workaround until we publish the next version would be to go back one SiteKiosk version and use version 9.8.5745. You can download this version here:

Before the installation you should uninstall the current version (with the normal uninstallation the license and the configuration remain).

f you want to be 100% sure you can proceed as follows:
1. Backup the SiteKiosk configuration file(s) under "...\SiteKiosk\Config"
2. Uninstall the current SiteKiosk version (-->Control Panel-->Programs and Features)
3. Restart the computer
4. Install the SiteKiosk version 9.8.5745
