Support Request: System Security Manager Fatal Error

Description

The System Security Manager application will not open.

A message box appears, titled "Fatal Error"

The message reads, "An error occurred while loading the application. This program will now be terminated."

I've tried reinstalling the application and deleting the SiteKiosk folder.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please provide your OS version and confirm whether there are any settings from your domain or actions from antivirus software being applied on that computer.

I have the same problem - Windows 10, System Security Manager worked a few times and then failed.

Thank you for your mention. Can you specify the environment you are in (domain vs non-domain)? Also, can you confirm that there are security tools installed on those affected computers? if so, can you check their logs for any action against System Security Manager?

System Security Manager is launched with escalated privilege. It would be good to check that you are running it with the right permissions.
