Hi,
Can you tell me why I still see the scroll bars and nav at the bottom? I deselect everything in the settings...also I get a screensaver...didn't activate it, how can I deactivate this?

Hello,

the scroll bars cannot be deactivated in Chrome Skin and will be displayed when the web page not fits on screen (like in every other browser). But you could increase the screen resolution to fit the page on the monitor or change the zoom in SiteKiosk.
Chrome Skin>Start Page & Browser>Customize>Settings>Set default zoom property
Start Screen>Start Page & Browser>Customize>Zoom

Screen saver:
In SiteKiosk, the default setting is for the screen saver to activate after 5 minutes (also to perform a logout and delete surfing data, e.g. logins to websites).
You can change the time and what should be displayed under >Screensaver in the SiteKiosk configuration. Otherwise, you can find information on how to completely disable the screen saver in the SiteKiosk Help:

Please keep in mind, however, that the surfing data will only be deleted when you explicitly press the SiteKiosk logout button.

Hi,

I change the browser, but still, I see the arrow keys at the bottom....this is Kiosk Software...right? Why Can I remove those buttons at the bottom? Can you tell me how to do this please?

Hello,

the arrow keys at the bottom are from the (minimized) on-screen keyboard that you have activated (it is not activated by default).

You can deactivate the on-screen keyboard again in the SiteKiosk configuration (>On-Screen Keyboard) or activate the option "Hide keyboard bar at lower edge of display" at >On-Screen Keyboard>Advanced.

Hi,

I remove the keyboard, but now when we need this to fill out a form there is no keyboard...I selected "Show on-screen keyboard automatically on the display" but no keyboard is showing when we need it??
