Soporte de pedidos: Auto Login don`t works anymore

Hello,
i logged out of Site Kios without saving the autostart Settings.
No it starts with the Password request.
When I logon as an administrator it is possible to set it on Autostart in the Menu.
But then there is an error message cause of the Password.
Maybe you can help with this topic?

Hello,

it seems that the password of the SiteKiosk user was changed outside SiteKiosk (default: provisio).

Reset the password under Windows (back to provisio) or start the System Security Manager in the admin account and follow the instructions (alternatively, set the password you want to use under >Customized >User Account).

The System Security Manager is installed with SiteKiosk and can be found in the Windows start menu in the SiteKiosk folder.

Hello Michael,

okay thanks the password was changed yes.
Didnt knew where to set the new password in Sitekiosk.
But makes sense that it have to be done:)
You can close the Ticket.
