Hi,
it has been a couple of months that the software has a big problem, every few minutes the system updates showing a white screen with loading wheel. From the logs there is no problem.
How can I solve it? Do you need more data about the software?

I am attaching a video so you can better understand the problem.

Hello,

The SiteKiosk Browser will be restarted on logout and when the screen saver activates.
Therefore, you may check the screensaver settings (SiteKiosk configuration tool>Screensaver) and make sure you did not select a Windows screensaver in the SiteKiosk configuration (check it e.g. with "Open SiteKiosk Start Page).

Hi, the problem is not the screensaver but the fact that every few minutes the system refreshes showing a white screen with the loading wheel. This white screen also appears when customers are browsing the SiteKiosk.

Hello,

The white screen with the loading wheel will always be displayed when SiteKiosk Browser is restarted (e.g. after SiteKiosk logout or screen saver activation) and the screen saver function in SiteKiosk is the only feature that can cause SiteKiosk to restart after a few minutes (idle time) without any user interaction.

Otherwise, please send us your SiteKiosk configuration (...\SiteKiosk\Config\YourConfig.skcfg), the corresponding log file (...\SiteKiosk\Logfiles) and a short description to reproduce it.
Then we can check it with the current SiteKiosk Classic Windows version on a test system.
