Support Request: Cannot login

Hi,

I dont seem to be able to login to my account, ive tried resetting my password but even my username "Shear" is not working.

Could you assist me please.

Hello,

SiteKiosk Online teams that do not hold a valid license for 60 days are deleted. That is communicated before the last team license runs out in a warning message on the start page of the team and by email to the email adress provided by the person who holds the team administror role.

Im sorry, im a little confused, we do have a valid SiteKioskOnline license. See below.

Can you give me some more detail here. We would like to login to Site Kiosk Online with the config we made a while ago.

Hello,

that license has been bought but has not been used in any team. The license has to be applied to the team you want to use it with under Team -> Licensing.
The license is still valid and useable.

Can you confirm where i go for this?

I tried to go to the following url with my details but it wont work.

Hello,

as stated before. The team is gone as it did not hold a valid license for 60 days as the license that has been bought has not been assigned to a team.
You have to create a new team using the 30 day trial button and then you can either directly apply the bought license there or you can wait out the trial period and then apply the license.
You have to register your client with the new team of course and if you did not export your project as a backup, recreate the project or else import the project and assign it to the client.
