Support Request: Can't Install V9 - Problems with creating user account

Description

I originally set up my kiosk computer 9 years ago.
The computer itself is a touchscreen Dell running Windows 8. According to the info on the SiteKiosk's site, that is still a viable OS.
Recently, I was trying to use it, but was getting told that the SiteKiosk program couldn't find my license information.
I checked the forums on SiteKiosk to make sure I could uninstall the software, and reinstall it without any issues. I figured I would reinstall it.
I tried that and was informed that the install program couldn't install itself because of an existing account.

I proceeded to remove the existing account, clean out the registry, and start over.
When I attempt to reinstall the software, as administrator, I get:

"User login failed Restricted user not created."

And then I get:

"Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. "

Right now, I can't install SiteKiosk and it's delaying me to get it back into production.

Thank you for your inquiry. Windows 8 is only supported up to SiteKiosk version 9.9.6191 - https://www.sitekiosk.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?system_requirements.htm . That version of SiteKiosk is out of support: https://www.sitekiosk.com/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/ .

You can still install your older version supported by your license purchase period, found in Customer Portal>>Licenses. To install SiteKiosk (older versions) without the user you must do silent install (with Command Prompt):

 sitekiosk9.exe /S /V"/qn INSTALLSYSTEMSECURITYUSER=\"\" DOWNLOADVNC=no" 


Versions 9.9.x and higher, silent install is optional:

 sitekiosk9.exe /V"INSTALLSYSTEMSECURITYUSER=\"\"" 


Creating the user:

 "C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SystemSecurity.exe" /install 


Creating the user with a chosen password:

 "C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\SystemSecurity.exe" /install [/user:SiteKiosk /pass:MyPassword12!]

It is greatly appreciated.

If I download the sitekiosk9.exe file, which version is it?
And is there a way to get the last valid file for Win 8? Even if it is 9.0 or 9.1?
