Support Request: How to remove the depicted arrow bar

Hi
I can't seem to find anyplace where I can remove/hide the bar at the bottom of the screen. I compared the configs of other Kiosk line by line without finding any obvious setting (in the Configuration Program). Can you help?

Hello,

the bar in the screenshot is the minimized on-screen keyboard. If you want to hide it, you can activate the option "Hide keyboard bar at lower edge of display" under ">On-Screen Keyboard>Advanced" below "Show on-screen keyboard automatically when text input is required".
