I am the administrator for this account. I am trying to purchase a renewal of the support for our Non-Profit Licence due to expire on 12th July. However, the portal will not accept the licence key number even though this licence, purchased in July 2019 was used for support last year.
Please help!

Please make sure that you have selected "Annual Maintenance Renewal for SiteKiosk Windows Non-Profit Software Support & Updates".

("Annual Maintenance Renewal for SiteKiosk Windows Software Support & Updates" does not work for non-profit licenses).

Also note that this product is only available for licenses where the current support has not expired (support = 12 month from date of purchase)..
