Support Request: Pinging keeps failing

Our sitekiosk keeps restarting because of a pinging fail see;
Notification: 0 temporary internet files successfully deleted. Done.

After 10 times emergancy mode startes.

The pc runs normal under the administrator account, chrome etc works fine.
What could this be?

Hello,

I am sorry but the 4 years old SiteKiosk version 9.6 is out of support.

You may check with the most current version.
