Support Request: SiteKiosk load Chrome

Description

We are using SiteKiosk to lock our computers down for our members to use. We are needing to be able to use a full version of Chrome as part of our terms and conditions a member has to accept using the Adobe Reader plugin. SiteKiosk will not launch Chrome, states for security this action is not allowed. I have changed and tried all different ways. How can we set up our kiosk to be able to load full Chrome to assist our members?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Since you will need to use the Adobe plugin with Google Chrome, SiteKiosk blocks this application with window monitoring rules because, there is no way to enforce download and website restrictions from our software.
