Description

We have an older version of site kiosk that appears to be out of the upgrade window. Does the new version let you use different Browsers on the Browser-Engine? Current version uses IE and Chrome. Can i select different browsers on a new version of Sitekiosk?

Hello, SiteKiosk 9.6 is out of support but like with 9.9 you can select between the old IE Skins and the Chrome Browser Skin at >Start Page & Browser in the SiteKiosk configuration tool. The Chrome browser skin uses a Chromium CEF engine installed with SiteKiosk, whose version depends on the installed SiteKiosk version. SiteKiosk 9.6 has used Chromium CEF 59.0.3071.82 18 and the current SiteKiosk version 9.9.6191 uses Chromium CEF 101.0.4951.34: https://www.sitekiosk.com/eu/sitekiosk-classic-windows-version-history/ Using other browser applications is not supported.
