Support Request: Expired License

Hej!

In our store Paul Mason Properties SIA "IKEA" are expired license key for SiteKiosk and SiteRemote, could you please help us to renew it? Because we don't know, how to do it and what exactly license we need.

Hello,

This is about the license(s) for your team on www.siteremote.net (for remote monitoring of SiteKiosk Classic clients).

These licenses are independent of the licenses for the SiteKiosk Classic installation on the client computers and you will need one license for each SiteKiosk client you want to connect to SiteRemote.

If you want to continue using SiteRemote, simply click on the "Purchse license" button in your team on www.siteremote.net to open our web store and then select "SiteKiosk Classic" or follow this link:

You need the "SiteKiosk Cloud – Annual Plan" license for this (one per Client).
