Support Request: Issue with scanned documents deleting too quickly



We are scanning documents saving them as PDF files in our documents folder.
Our clerks have reported an issue where scanned files delete too quickly before a client is finished using them.
They would like files to delete after 30 minutes, I tested the issue and the file is indeed gone before 30 minutes.
Right now we have it set to delete upon a user logging out of their session, but files are still being deleted before the 30 minute threshold they would like to implement regardless of a user logging out.
No batch files are being used at this time.

If needed, I can provide a copy of the configuration code or any other relevant information.

Thank you for your inquiry. In Configuration>>Screensaver>>"Idle time before activating the screensaver" must be set to 1800 seconds (30 minutes) or more. This is the main timed trigger that calls Logout automatically (user can press the buttons manually in browser toolbar or Start Screen).
