The camper van manufacturer Erwin Hymer Group set itself the goal of increasing the attention rate of trade fair stand visitors during the Caravan Salon Exhibition. With the help of digital info steles, on which SiteKiosk Online was used, the desired goal was to be achieved.

In close cooperation between the Erwin Hymer Group and SiteKisok Online, a modern and secure kiosk solution was developed to display the diverse content appropriately and precisely on the 44 info steles set up and to manage them at the same time.

This case study provides insights into how SiteKiosk Online can digitise, monitor and even positively influence the communication concept of trade fair exhibitors. It also shows how SiteKiosk Online can be used to provide the many info terminals with various contents, monitor them during use and protect them from manipulation.

Government visits should be easier and faster in the Belgian region of Brussels while ensuring secure data management. For this purpose, a special kiosk solution had to be developed in order to achieve the project objective.

In close collaboration between QMATIC and SiteKisok Online, a modern and secure kiosk application was developed to facilitate smooth on-site visitor registration and error-free document management.

This case study provides insights into how SiteKiosk Online enables high security for public terminals while allowing for scanning of variety of different eID-Cards through smart interface management and supplying them with correct user data and documents.

The created kiosk application shows the diverse cultural offers of the region and many historical buildings in the area. The entire region is to be promoted and made more attractive for tourists through the project For the project “SMAR.T.OURISM – The thematic Route of Castles”.
