Support Request: Launching Program

Description

Hello,
We currently utilise a portal skin with a number of buttons, one of which launches Internet Explorer to allow IPTV streaming display.
This is to be replaced by a program which doesn't seem to want to start from a button link, but does start from the applications button.
Is there any way to get this working from a button on the main screen?
Nothing is written to the logs when launched from the main screen, it just tries to open the window and then immediately closes it.
I've added the application window details to Access/Security Windows & Dialog boxes allowed windows.

Hello,

I am sorry but SiteKiosk 9.3 is out of support. The same applies to the Portal Page which has been replaced by the Start Screen in newer versions.

A general hint, in case of e.g. spaces in the path you may have to put the path in ''.
