Support Request: Cannot Login to


We have renewed our license for site remote but I cannnot login to update the license. Choosing forgot password does not help as it says it cannot find my account

I ended up registering again. Was that the only option I had? Will We need to re-add all out workstations?

Thank you for your inquiry. service requires an active subscription to keep your data. There is a grace period of about 60 days. If you exceed that time, your data and account will be deleted. You did the right thing in creating a new account.

To add your SiteKiosk machines back to SiteRemote, you can use this tool , SiteRemote Auto Register. You can download it and install it on any computer from SiteRemote>>Administration>>Downloads. After that, you create the autoregistration.config file and drop it in C:\Users\Public\Documents\SiteRemote Client folder on the target kiosk computer, then restart the machine.

If you have no other way to access these computers, you have to go to the physical devices.
